What Happens After I Submit My Enquiry?

After receiving your online request, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to provide a quote. To ensure accuracy, it’s best to provide a complete list of items or photos of what needs to be moved. Without these details, we won’t be able to provide an accurate quote.

I’ve Booked My Move—What Should I Do Next?

Moving can be stressful, but with our tips, you can make the process smoother:

  1. Organize by Room: Pack items room-by-room and use color-coded labels for easy sorting and unpacking.
  2. Secure Valuables: Keep important items like jewelry and documents in a small box that stays with you.
  3. Pack Smart: Use our provided boxes, placing heavier items at the bottom and lighter ones on top. Keep each box under 25kg for easier handling.
  4. Prepare Appliances: Ensure appliances like refrigerators and washing machines are dry and taped securely to prevent leaks or damage.
  5. Protect Fragile Items: Wrap delicate items like plates and ornaments in bubble wrap or towels, and fill gaps with newspaper to minimize movement.

Can I Change or Cancel My Booking?

Yes, you can cancel or amend your booking up to 7 days before the scheduled move free of charge, subject to availability. Changes or cancellations made within 7 days of the move may incur additional fees.

What If I’m Not Satisfied with the Service?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with any aspect of the move, contact our customer service team via phone or email, and we’ll address your concerns promptly.

Can You Accommodate Special Requests?

What Payment Options Are Available?

For premium and all-in service packages, we require a RM200 deposit. For other services, payment is due upon delivery via cash or online instant transfer. For alternative payment methods, please call us to discuss.
